Amazing service! From being referred by my dentist to actually having my tooth removed was only a week. After I received a notification to say I’d been referred to this place, I rang to get advice due to the pain I was in and to book an appointment asap. The lovely, helpful receptionist managed to get me an appointment for the next day 😁 and gave me great advice. All staff were very professional and friendly especially the dental assistant (sorry I didn’t get her name) who put me at ease, made me laugh and gave me clear instructions on my aftercare. Thank you all so much!
I have been a patient at this practice for several years. Apart from two past issues involving former dentists, the care has been consistently professional and reliable. The current team is competent, courteous, and efficient, and I am satisfied with the service. The practice has continued to improve, and my recent experiences have been excellent.
Was concerned about going to the Avenue Dental practice after being referred there by my own Dentist due to a “ crooked “ root on a tooth that needed to be taken out I was very anxious and worried incase they weren’t as Gentle and Patient with me as my normal practise Did not need to of been worried at all !!!! YAS the Dentist was very Welcoming and had a Friendly Cheery manner which put me at ease . Plus He was very patient and understanding throughout the extraction which really helped me Sarah the Nurse was also Friendly and Chatty and explained everything perfectly too me and didn’t rush me or anything Both of these Staff made an Anxious experience a Pleasurable one and I left with a Big Smile plus if I was ever referred there again in the future I would have no concerns
I was extremely nervous when I arrived at the surgery, but the dentist and nurses were very understanding and soon put me at ease, my extraction went really smoothly and I was given plenty of advise before leaving. Highly recommended this practise and the care given.thank you. Mr. Gary Morton
I pay private as it only cost a few quid more then the NHS on a payment plan as lately there is no option to see a NHS doctor. Fantastic service and very good with keeping on time with my opponents and I have been given good advice on different options as I have left my teeth for years! And is a slow rebuild to fix them and I have received no judgment at all just good honest support
