This laundrette is a life saver for the colder days when your clothes just refuse to dry up even after a whole week! Very helpful staff & a clean environment. Quick & easy to use. Different sizes of machines so you get to choose the right machine for your load as little or as big as you want. Highly recommend!
This dry cleaner does not have a fixed price list for different items, and it feels like they charge whatever they want. Before visiting, I had asked around about standard dry-cleaning rates in the UK and was quoted much lower prices than what this shop charged. Initially, I planned to give them five items, but due to the high prices, I reduced it to three. At that point, they suddenly offered to lower the total price so that I could give all five items—very inconsistent pricing. I declined and proceeded with just three items, only because I needed them cleaned urgently and didn’t have time to find another cleaner. Before handing over my items, I explicitly asked if they could be ready the next day, as that was my only condition for using their service. I dropped them off early in the morning, and they assured me they would be ready by the evening of the next day. When I asked if I needed to call before collecting, they said no. However, when I arrived the next evening, my items were not ready. When I reminded them that I had only given my clothes based on their promise of next-day service, they said you can’t expect it to be ready in a day. Overall, a very disappointing experience—overpriced and unreliable. Even though this is the closest dry cleaner to me, I won’t be returning.
I had a great experience at this store. The staff was friendly, and my clothes were cleaned and pressed perfectly. They handled delicate items with care, and everything was ready on time. Prices are reasonable, and the quality of service is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable dry cleaning and laundry services! Thank you
