Ahmed carried out a particularly complex root canal on my tooth. From start to finish he was considerate, informative and made me feel so calm about the whole experience. Just received my 5th cancellation! I’m currently using Astley dental as an NHS patient as I’ve recently had my first child. I don’t know if others have had this experience but it’s so disappointing to book an appointment 3 months in advance and every time have it cancelled to 1-2 months later each time. The staff are lovely but I feel like they are cancelling NHS appointments for private ones.
I cannot thank Dr Ahmed enough, after a not very nice experience at a previous dental practice I was very anxious getting any work on my teeth done. But he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, he talked me through every step of what he was doing, taking the time to explain everything. He was always asking if I felt okay and comfortable. He did a AMAZING job on my teeth and has made me feel so much more at ease and confident with the future work I have booked in with him. I am so happy! And to the lovely friendly receptionist too who always greets you with a smile! Cannot fault this dental practice at all, everyone is so lovely, thank you x

As an extremely nervous patient I was apprehensive about my appointment. I needn't have worried. Dr Ahmed was amazing and made it such a positive experience.
