I go here every two years for a routine eye test. I had to go for an emergency appointment because I had an eye problem. The Optician Joe was excellent and very friendly and reassuring. The reception staff are just the same friendly and obliging. Highly recommend.
I go to Arrowsmiths for my retinopathy and eye tests. I have found all the staff both Opticians and Receptionists to offer a friendly and excellent service. Unlike the high street chains which rush you through the eye test, this Optician gives you a thorough test without being rushed. Would highly recommend.
I recently went for an eye test at Arrowsmith's because I was having trouble reading the subtitles on the TV and long distance. I did wear the cheap reading glasses you buy from the £ shops. They were very professional with my eye test which took 1 hour. I was helped with selecting my new glasses frames, my glasses were ready to collect with 1 week. Excellent service and customer care throughout my experience with Arrowsmith's. Would highly recommend.
I've been coming to this practice for about 20 years. The staff - opticians and receptionists - are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. All my eye exams have been really thorough and there is no 'hard sell' regarding frames etc. On a couple of occasions Joe advised I didn't need new glasses as the change to my prescription was very minor. I would recommend the practice to anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly practice with a guaranteed warm welcome.
The arm on fell off my friend Ray-Ban sunglasses and it was a sunny day so just call in two very nice ladies inside were extremely helpful and so nice and it was fixed in a couple of minutes and they wouldn't even accept money such wonderful people Thanks
