Old school gym but the best gym so far atmosphere is great
Great gym The owner is a really nice guy The lads who train there are all nice too
Bad equipment, loose machine seats. Place needs a refurbishment. Lot of people on gear. Weight Marks -kilos/pounds are written off the weights and dumbbells. Plates and weights are all different. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to be honest. Bad service aswell.
Hardcore gym for real men with every machine you can possibly think of. They cater for everyone's needs whether you want to be a bodybuilder or lose weight . Great atmosphere. main man Al is very knowledgeable and always there to help.
Easily the best gym you could ever train at trained at quite a few but nothing compares to alz best equipment best atmosphere you can always ask for advice Al is always happy to help , I will never go anywhere else again no point .
