Great gym The owner is a really nice guy The lads who train there are all nice too
Bad equipment, loose machine seats. Place needs a refurbishment. Lot of people on gear. Weight Marks -kilos/pounds are written off the weights and dumbbells. Plates and weights are all different. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone to be honest. Bad service aswell.

Hardcore gym for real men with every machine you can possibly think of. They cater for everyone's needs whether you want to be a bodybuilder or lose weight . Great atmosphere. main man Al is very knowledgeable and always there to help.
