The staff was honest, helpful and very friendly. I didn't need dry cleaning. I only needed to have some laundry done. They told me usually it can take more than a day, I just happened to catch them at a good time. I was able to drop it off and then pick it up the same day. Excellent service!
Would highly recommend. They got every stain out of my daughter’s wedding dress. It looks brand new and they also did minor repairs included in the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Thank you ☺️
Ruined a £2,000 Paul Smith tux right before our wedding! Blamed it on the fabric and told me to get in touch with Paul Smith directly! I was advised that the owner of the dry cleaners will write a personal email explaining how it wasn’t their fault - I’m still waiting for that email. I was visibly upset when I discovered my husband’s tux state upon inspection, but no apology was provided nor a humane response or rectification! Absolutely awful customer service and zero care for clothing, completely unprofessional
Took my wedding dress here, it was in a real state but they did an amazing job! They put it through 4 times and I can’t believe how much they managed to get out. One of the straps had broken and they had also fixed that. Ready quicker than advised too. Will definitely use again.
Fabulous and friendly service. The staff went above and beyond to get our dry cleaning back to us before going in a trip. Will absolutely be using them again (very reasonable also)
