I've been coming here for years... Deepak has always had an 'eye' for detail. The staff are superb 👌 at this branch and make the visit both comfortable and really efficient for someone on a strict timeline. The advise is really tailored to the customer and the extra tips and information offered by the optician and staff is really appreciated. Why would you go anywhere else. ....and the coffee ☕️ 😍 is better than the coffee boutiques in Cheshire Richie

Always a great experience at Albert Rd. Eye tests are thorough and i am always wowed with the clarity when i get a new pair. All the staff are brilliant and take the time to give great service. They've repaired glasses for me in the past which I've broken, sometimes free of charge when they've had a go themselves before sending them off. I do take advantage of the interest free payments option they offer which i find a great help when budgeting for a new pair. I am and will continue to be a returning customer to Albert Road.

Albert Road Opticians are as unique as the glasses brands that they stock. The experience is on a completely different level compared to walking into a conventional opticians. Met with a smile and a coffee, you are invited to sit down in their comfy display room space and, with the expert help of the experienced staff, choose a pair of premium quality glasses that are right for you. I was looked after by Amy and she was brilliant. The customer service at Albert Road is excellent. Albert Road have the latest technology at the practice and my eye examination, carried out by optometrist Deepak, was thorough and informative. I wear varifocal lenses and I was able to choose the option of lenses that were mapped specifically for my eyes, taking into account head movements and reading habits etc. Amazing! The lenses I have in my new glasses are the best performing lenses that I’ve used up to now. I highly recommend Albert Road Opticians.

Recently changed options to Albert Road at the request of my wife, well l have to say on this and many other occasions she was right, excellent service from the team at Albert Road, first class customer service, tea and chocolate while waiting to see the options was fantastic. A bleed on the back of my eye was picked up from the OTC scan, and a referral to a specialist , so well worth the extra for this test. Kate and Alice ( hope l’ve got the names correct) are fantastic , friendly and professional and a real asset when trying to navigate the right pair of glasses. It’s been a pleasure to visit the practice and a unique/personal experience for purchasing glasses, their range of eye ware is excellent , so if your looking for a different experience from the norm they are well worth a visit.

Superb. I needed an emergency repair of specialist loupes in time for a humanitarian surgical trip. I called and Alice booked me in urgently. She was highly knowledgeable, experienced and competent- fixed the problem and would not accept any payment. Thank you so much for your kindness and brilliant service - saved the day!
