I’ve just collected my new glasses, very happy with both pairs especially the sunglasses. I’ve been going to Albert Road opticians for a few years now and have always been happy with the service provided and the wide range of glasses offered. They take time to listen during the eye test, offer individual help whist choosing new glasses and give great customer service.
Good afternoon. I have been with Albert Road Opticians for many years now and have never been let down in all that time. Eye tests have been done on a regular basis for me , important as I am diabetic , but have been guided and advised in a most expertly manner. When I have damaged any of my glasses these have been repaired in a prompt and cost effective way. This is important when one is in the senior citizen bracket. To summarise I can honestly say that the service I have received from Albert Road Opticians has in my case at least been outstanding and very much appreciated. To the staff I would score them 10 out of 10 for their diligence and attention to detail. Thanks Albert Road.
I have been wearing only rimless glasses whole my life and I am particular about specific brands (Austrian and Denmark brands). I could not find these brands in Manchester but when I search for retailers The Albert Road Optician had it!! Therefore, without reading any reviews, I knew “they are special” . I have called them and from the first moment, everything was special. This is not store. This is different world of unimaginative glasses where, along with very educated staff, you can create your “The Best of You “.
