ALB roofing Developments Ltd. are members of the NFRC and I read some excellent reviews prior to making my decision to use their services. Response times to emails; as well as the time it took to quote were quick (thanks to Megan for this). The work was carried out by a team of 4 who worked extremely hard in awful weather conditions. They were courteous, cleaned up each day, and the work took 4 days to complete. The MD (who advised me that he has roof OCD) inspected everything at the end of the job, and I now have a brand new roof with a 10 year guarantee. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much to all involved.

Having had on and off leaks from my roof into my home for two years, Aaron and his crew finally fixed it in Autumn 2021. These leaks happened sporadically, and a number of roofers came and went without diagnosing the issue. It was a dodgy lead valley, and all other roofers alluded to it but didn’t seem to want to do the work. As soon as Aaron attended he noticed problems with the valley, and said with great confidence that was the issue and that he’d remove and replace with new. Quote given within days and I was lucky he fit me into his busy schedule quite soon. I’ve been waiting for stormy weather for some months now to test his work, and I can now say after three storms in a week that he has fixed my roof. Couldn’t be more pleased. Polite, professional, affordable. Use these guys with confidence.

One of the most professional contract teams I have had the pleasure of using. We hired Aaron and his team, at very short notice, to replace a 70 year old former council house roof. Work was completed to an outstanding standard within 8 working days of first speaking to Aaron. All team members were polite, professional and time keeping was prompt. Aaron was on hand at every step of the Project to offer updates and honest advise on improvements. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron and his team for any job, if you are lucky enough to hire them. Fantastic, high quality service.

I can not recommend ALB Roofing company enough, ALB went above and beyond to repair my fathers roof following two failed repairs from 2 different companies. Aaron who is the company owner, came to look at my fathers roof and was astonished by the workmanship previously carried out, especially as we had already paid almost 5k and the roof was still not water tight. Aaron so kindly offered to fix my fathers roof and give him a 10 year guarantee absolutely free of charge. He didn’t only stick to his word he ensured the job was done quickly, efficiently and more importantly correctly! Thank you

Aaron was very professional, polite and really patient. He takes time to understand your requirements and where necessary he takes time to explain the different options pros and cons of each of the options and advise you based on his professional experience. My job was done satisfactorily. Definitely would use him again and again and would wholeheartedly recommend him
