I came to see Lenka after searching for an alternative way to help regulate my cycle after starting trying for a baby. My hormones were really messed up and I had been diagnosed with all the symptoms of PCOS including a very irregular cycle for 2 years since coming off the pill. I had never heard of Accupuncture for fertility but after googling I thought I would give it a try and I found Lenka and all of the amazing reviews. Lenka is honestly incredible and I feel so lucky to have found her. From the beginning she truly took the time to understand my issues and gave me so much helpful insights and advice to my health and fertility journey. Almost instantly she was able to get my cycle on track meaning I was actually ovulating every month, increasing my chances on natural conception by over 70%. I went to weekly sessions to keep it on track and used Mira from home to see my hormones and know exactly what phase my body was in and I got to know so much more about myself. I no longer felt helpless and Lenka provided such a warm presence every week going through my whole journey and every emotion each month of trying to conceive. It made me feel like I wasn’t so alone. I also noticed a few months of my journey that if my appointment was delayed to past where I was due to ovulate, the ovulation wouldn’t come until I had been to my session with Lenka which made me know it was definitely the Accupuncture that was really giving my body the nudge it needed. After 6 months of weekly sessions, I fell pregnant and I’m almost 16 weeks now. I still go monthly to see Lenka just to carry on the journey as I truly enjoy it. I just really wish more women who are struggling on their journey could know about the treatment!
Cannot recommend Lenka enough. I came to Lenka after suffering a miscarriage wanting help to regulate my cycle and prepare for hopefully another pregnancy. I fell pregnant before my treatment actually started but Lenka was amazing at helping me with my anxiety and giving me lots of practical plans when I was struggling with extreme exhaustion. Unfortunately I lost my baby in the second trimester and Lenka could not have been kinder or more compassionate. Again she took care of me and helped me heal physically and mentally through the worst time of my life. I then fell pregnant with twins and she was with me every step of the way. They’re now 6 months and I genuinely miss my sessions. I always left feeling relaxed. When I was initially looking into acupuncture Lenka was the only person who actually sent me a compassionate and detailed reply of how she could help me, and I instantly knew she was the therapist for me. I've been visiting Lenka for a few months now and she is simply wonderful. She always takes so much time to understand what needs addressing, and treats with warmth and care. Within a couple of sessions I was seeing results with the issue I went with and that has continued to improve (hormonal cycle stuff). She's also amazing at visualisations, meaning that she has helped my body, but also my mental health, and I am so very thankful for that! Lenka is incredible, her knowledge and skills are completely holistic - not just acupuncture. She's an expert in hormonal health, diet, nutrition, visualisations, coaching and essential oils (I'm sure loads more, but these are things she's helped me with!). I've been seeing Lenka on and off for a few years now and I can't recommend her highly enough. To top it all off, she's a lovely, warm and caring person.
Lenka is very friendly and highly professional. My acupuncture treatment was superb, both painless and effective. For the first time in months my Sciatica was completely eased and I was able to walk, sit and stand without pain. I will visit again and I really can't recommend her enough.
