Very disappointed. I received a same-day cancellation call for my appointment because I had an eye test a year ago elsewhere. No prior warning, no flexibility. What if I need new glasses or was advised to get yearly check-ups? That didn’t seem to matter. That’s fine - I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Went to get my eyes tested today! Seen by some very lovely staff on arrival who promptly checked me in. Store is beautifully set up, very bright and vibrant. The optician (who’s name I can’t remember) was very kind and pleasant, great communication and made me feel comfortable. Vision was fine. Very pleasant experience
Great customer service. Went above and beyond to obtain the glasses frame I liked, I believe the staff member who helped was called Yash and she ordered them from the Edinburgh store. The gentleman that did my eye test was excellent too. Thanks.
I had an amazing experience during my visit to the optician, thanks to Varda. Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she was also very kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. You can genuinely tell she cares about her patients; she made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. Also, I have to say, her warm presence and friendly attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s not every day you meet someone who is both excellent at their job and such a beautiful soul inside and out.
Amazing experience, the eye test was easy and the lady who done it for me explained everything really well. The woman who helped me choice my glasses was amazing. I didn't get her name but she was extremely knowledgeable about how glassess should look and helped me pick a style that would suit me. She even helped pick me some sun glasses too. She then made sure I would have both in time for a trip! Amazing service from the team today
