I’ve recently completed my 6 week course with Jen at Manchester and have now signed up for another 12 weeks! Jen has been absolutely amazing since day 1, constantly supporting and motivating me to help achieve my fitness goals. As someone who was entirely new to weight training I was initially apprehensive about what to expect but Jen made me feel immediately at ease and has been incredibly encouraging throughout the whole process. Training at ABS has been an excellent experience. I've been training with Josh, a PT at the Manchester gym, and he's a really positive trainer, helped me lose weight and build muscle through a personalised training programme. He's also helped me change my diet completely, which has helped me understand the right foods and portions to eat and drink. After the 16 week program, I'm really pleased with the results and look forward to continuing my training with Josh, and see how far I can progress. The Manchester gym itself is a really nice atmosphere, loads of windows for natural light, very clean with top of the line equipment and facilities. With only a few people training at a time, it feels like your own personal gym. All the staff are friendly and inviting, so makes for a really nice space to train in.
I trained with Josh on the 16 week programme and I am so happy with my results ahead of my wedding! Josh is a great PT and really energetic! I had zero weight lifting experience and he taught me how to lift properly and use each piece of gym equipment, I looked forward to all my sessions and would highly recommend ABS! Thanks Josh! :D
