Had a great stay here! Nice staff behind the desk which were happy to help and great at conversation! Nice atmosphere too which is a big plus. Stayed in a standard room which was still really nice! Especially for the price! Also is close to the train station so travelling too and from the hotel was easy!
Breakfast service lets hotel down!! Friendly reception staff of hotel, rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast service was terrible menu not explained on what we would and couldn't order. No space/room on the table for what we ordered! Why bring it all at once or could have given us a bigger table. Food was cold/warm! No sugar offered or given with tea/coffee, no tissues, no salt & pepper without asking. Shakey/wobbly tables! Likely going to skip breakfast tomorrow!!! No greetings when arrived or thank you when left just said room number!
We had a beautiful time at the hotel and were staying as we were getting married in town. The hotel gave us a bottle of prosecco and congratulated us which was beautiful and unexpected. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star was the lack of vegan options at breakfast
A nice hotel on the way down. It took 3 attempts to get the room keys to works. The bar shut at at 22:30 on a Friday (!!!) and then we got told off for noise when we retreated to our room. Feels like no one can be arsed. Would not recommend.
My favorite hotel in Manchester. It has character! I like the interior style which tries to incorporate the old features from the original warehouse. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast as it should be. As the restaurant is at ground level you have a nice view on the busy street.
