I've been hearing great things about this beauty salon from my friends, and I'm eager to give it a try myself. However, I encountered an issue when trying to contact them as the number provided seems to be unavailable. I'm wondering if there's an alternative number I can reach them on? Looking forward to experiencing their services soon!
The length of my hair was below my chest prior to going into this hairdresser. I asked for layers and an inch taken off the length. This is what i left with. I'm still so upset about this because its going to take such a long time before it grows out and I can actually do something about fixing it. Its not even that its short, its the fact that these aren't even layers.
This hair dresser doesn’t finish her job off. I paid £35 just for some colour to be freshened up in my hair and she refused to dry or cut my hair after. She claimed that £35 is just for the bit of colour and an extra for the cut and blow so she was basically saying I need to leave with my hair dried slightly with a hair dryer or pay extra for the simply drying and the cuts. What I noticed that was that as soon as another client walks in, she hurried up her what she is doing and doesn’t finish her job and goes onto the next person. This is the first time I have ever had a hair dresser that doesn’t cut and dryer your hair after. This is the first and last time I will ever go to this “hair salon” and I highly recommend others don’t go either.
I have been a regular at A&Z for many years, perfect eyebrow and eyelash tinting and Brazilian waxing. Zahida is fantastic at all three. I drop in rather than make appointments and I’m always seen very quickly. Thank you Zahida and Anila! X
I have been using the saloon for so many years. I have no complaints about the saloon or about 2 lovely ladies. They are so polite. I won't go anywhere else. Satisfied 100% with their work.
