I went with the intention of getting laser eye surgery, came out not eligible… yet I am leaving this review as 5* as they were just so friendly and polite even late on a Sunday. A clear customer centric approach. They also gave me a clear understanding. The guy who mainly served me I can’t recall his name , yet a shout out, you know who you are. (4pm today I visited)
I had cataract surgery to both eyes with Optical Express (Trafford Centre branch). Initially I was happy but after 18 months one lens went milky. It was a quality issue with the lens. Several operations and thousands of pounds later my sight is still poor. Think carefully before proceeding!!!!!
absolute disgusting customer service. purchased some glassed they got the prescription wrong and then messed me about for months. they do not know what they are doing and would never go back. the response to optical express comment below about contacting customer services. have you read this review? your customer services are the ones who have shut me down. their answer was to train the staff I got no apology and have a pair of glasses that cost me alot of money that I can't use. I am that traumatised after going back to optical express 3 times and on the 4th getting further ripped off I can't even deal with you.
