I went for my appointment in vision express today and was served by a lovely girl called Alisha, she was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. She spent a lot of time helping me pick my frame and offered me her opinion as to which style is best suited to me. I was very happy with the service and purchase and wanted to express my gratitude to the manager however I was informed to write a review online. Thank you once again Alisha :)
Sumaira treated me with dignity, respect and checked my vision and eyes more thoroughly than I have ever been checked. Cannot recommend her highly enough. She was amazing!
I have always loved the customer service that vision express deliver. I was very fortunate to have Sadaf take care of me, she was very patient with me and helped me pick the right glasses and was so kind
All the staff there were very friendly and welcoming and what I thought would be a daunting experience actually ended up being one of the highlights of my day. Who would have thought picking out glasses would be such a pleasant experience. 10/10 and 100% would recommend
. Also I would like to add that the quality of glasses that vision express supply are one of the highest. All the glasses I have bought from them have been very durable and fashionable.

First time leaving a google comment, friendly patient professional stuff Natalie who is working here saving my life, I didn’t get my prescription or frame here but had some issues with my glasses so I asked for help here, i have visited 3 other stores before but they didn’t spot any issues, however Natalie did. She helped me patiently even though i didn’t get my glasses here. Thank you so much
Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. Signed in and was told to sit down. Waited 20 mins past my appointment time and then asked the front desk how far behind they were running. At this point I discovered that I’d not been signed in and was just waiting there for no reason. The optician who then did my eye test was super friendly and helpful. It just wasn’t the best customer experience due to me waiting for no reason.
