Everyone in Leeming Opticians is extremely friendly and dedicated to providing the best possible care for their customers. But what I love the most is the ethos of the business, as they don't shy away from helping the community. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my lenses.
I have used both Boots and Specsavers Opticians and I felt like my prescription was never quite right. Acting upon a recommendation from a friend, I had an eye test at M J Leeming Opticians, and they told me I had astigmatism in both eyes, that had previously been missed! I once put in a last minute order for contact lenses as I had lost them and they were with me in 2 days. They also let you pay upon collection which other larger Opticians do not let you do. The customer service is excellent, the girls that work there can’t go enough for you. I have just rang up to order my next batch of lenses and the lady was so friendly and asking how my day was. They have a great selection of glasses. Highly recommended. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
Exceptionally helpful - I just called with a query about my pupils dilating abnormally (I have a fairly rare condition which means they don't normally dilate at all!)- they took a lot of time to help me and look at possible causes. They were patient, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you so much!!
