Helen and her staff really are outstanding. She is so caring, knowledgeable, though and approachable. I have a diabetic eye test on the NHS but always go separately for a complete test with Helen, this is something that I have come to look forward to knowing it will be done so well. Nothing is too much trouble.
I attended this opticians this week as a emergency as instructed by my doctors ( not correct information) but was welcomed by the lovely staff and Helen the optician. Omg they are amazing they made me feel very welcome and made time to see me. Giving me valuable advice about my eyes. I am going back next week for a follow up appointment.
