Very clean facility, I received an exceptional service and support from all members of staff, who demonstrated knowledge and competence of their job and with so much professionalism, patience and respect. I was particularly worried about the dryness of my eyes, its poor condition as felt and my vision starting to be affected. However, after all the scanning test results, advice and recommendations, medication and correct type of lenses from the optician, I feel so much better now. It was indeed exceptional service received from the entire team of staff.
Excellent Customer Service. I was in for an eye test yesterday 19/11/12 due to vision issues with my new glasses from elsewhere . All the staff were friendly and couldn’t have done more to help me choose a new frame more suited to the shape of my face. They explained why my current glasses were causing issues with my vision. Highly recommend this opticians
The staff here are absolutely amazing. My son really struggles with changing his glasses, he has extremely bad sensory issues and the staff just treat him so good. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I would never go anywhere else
Excellent Opticians very friendly and helpful. The shop is immaculate. They even replaced nose guards for me as one had broke on old glasses. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
