Although I had some difficulty in initially getting through - waiting for about 1 and a half hours, it was worth it. I was given a telephone assessment the following day. This was professional, thorough, competent and polite and I have been offered an appointment to have my eye seen locally in 2 days. This was the earliest appointment available. I was also given good advice regarding my eye condition. Many thanks to all concerned.
A fantastic service. I was triaged over the phone and a very detailed history was taken. An urgent appointment was then made for me where I underwent a very thorough assessment and the results all explained to me. Thankfully, my symptoms are not serious but I am thankful for the service I received.
