Quick and efficient service when collecting my glasses. The lady who served me was an asset to the company, she was incredibly friendly, polite and speedy - all without making me feel rushed. The glasses collection was easy and I was immediately told where to wait and how long said wait would be. I ordered from another store as well, which is a service I wasn't aware of previously. My glasses arrived as requested and fit perfectly. The shop assistant thoroughly checked this too before I left the store.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Shauna, she helped me fit my glasses and did a general fixing up of my old ones. I had previously had my glasses adjusted and they gave me headaches and a few people tried it with little success. But Shauna was incredible attentive and actually took the time to make sure they glasses fit properly
Booked an eye test for the following day. Process was simple and easy, was dealt with by optician Una who was excellent. Very kind and helpful, willing to answer my questions and took extra steps to rule out potential hereditary eyesight issues. They took their time explaining my options for lenses and contacts. The glasses selection process was great, assisted by Adil who was extremely patient and helpful. Able to offer the one hour express service for one of two pairs which was extremely helpful. Overall, great experience. The price of lens shaving is slightly high, but overall an excellent experience.
Came in concerned and worried for my eye health, left with a beaming smile. Was seen immediately and relieved to be told it was just a case of dry eye and some duct blockage. Jess and Andre were phenomenal for putting my mind at ease. Props to them both for great service.
Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Easy to book my eye test online and the whole process was very thorough with very little waiting time. The team really helped me select the right glasses where I could get the best value for money. Very satisfied.
