Phenomenal cutomer service! Got an eye test which was supper thorough and detailed. Then got my lenses changed while Sam showed me around all other options that would suit me. There was no time limit and spent as much time as I need to answer all of my questions. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for great quality frames and lenses and top-notch customer service care.

I cannot speak more highly about the experience I had with Jones and Co. From wandering in off the street right the way through to getting my glasses fitted the customer service from Gareth and the team was exceptional. When I got my glasses I struggled with the type of lens I had chosen. Without question the lens were replaced. Again brilliant customer service. I will definitely be back.
