Extremely disappointed, as I have had to chase both members of staff ( Raja khan and Robyn )when finding a charge that needs removing from a property that they dealt with 2 years ago. This is preventing me from obtaining a better interest rate on a mortgage deal when switching deals. This charge is from the property that I purchased. which has now been found to showing from the previous occupier. Shoddy work and a distressing matter which is still on going after 3 week of finding this out.
