Phone answered quickly. Polite and businesslike; make follow up calls (if needed) when scheduled. Set appointments promptly, keep them to time and update when the engineer will arrive. Engineer (Reece) very pleasant and efficient. Work completed effectively with no mess or disruption. Very satisfied customer. If you want your work done properly and promptly I would recommend without hesitation.
I had a great experience with TwinSun. I used check a trade and they contacted me immediately through WhatsApp, text and email. I was able to speak to someone at 7pm at night and get the work arranged for the next day. The service is 10/10 and made the whole process very stress free without me having to spend ages on the phone. Once the appointment was arranged I also received great communication about it.
