Joanne was the consummate professional right from the get go. She was very efficient at communicating both before and after the initial site visit to create a design and provide an estimate. Once we’d agreed the design and the price (which was reasonable); she continued to inform us what was happening at each stage until the end of the job. Her team were very polite, efficient, hard working and neat & tidy. We were blown away with the end result. We’d definitely recommend Joanne and her team. We had a great experience with Greenside Lanscapes, from the moment of contact they were professional, approachable and full of ideas. They listened carefully to what we wanted from our garden and came up with a 3-D design that exceeded our expectations. Our garden certainly had many challenges with the varied slopes and poor drainage. They were never phased and always came up with solutions. Joanne went above and beyond to help and her knowledge on suitable planting was invaluable. She communicated throughout and we had full confidence in her. We were impressed with her team and their punctuality, reliability and work ethic throughout, sometimes through very difficult weather conditions. They were very respectful, polite and easy to have around. They did a brilliant job of tidying away at the end. You wouldn’t have known they had been here. I wouldn’t have any hesitation recommending them.
So pleased with our new garden thanks to Joanne and her team. They did indeed do a "proper job!" Joanne was able to interpret our initial ideas as to what we were looking for and create, not only a beautiful calming space out of utter chaos, but a practical one too. Her working design and landscaping knowledge with reference to site aspect, drainage, soil types etc. was so useful at the planning stage. The stone work is stunning and beautifully executed and the final planting scheme and plants chosen, to offer all round interest and colour, are really lovely. It is a gaden scheme that will last a lifetime, as the initial foundations were laid so thoroughly. Once the garden works were completed everything was left really clean and tidy. Thank you! Joanne provided us wih plenty of top tips for the aftercare too! Highly recommend this lovely polite, courteous, diligent, conscientious and knowledgeable team!
Joanne and her team were professional throughout the transformation of our garden. The wet weather was a challenge for the lads but they kept on going. The garden and surrounding paths were left clean and tidy when the job was done. Would definitely recommend this company.
