I had my carpet cleaned in an attempt to remove a chemical stain which in the end couldn't be removed. I also had a rug cleaned and was told it would be back in 4-5 days, in the end it was away for 2 weeks. I ended up replacing the carpet and it looks like I will have to replace my rug as well, because when it came back it had a fold down the middle which I can't remove. In the end I spent £180 on the cleaning and I am arguably in a worse position than I started in, I'd avoid.

We managed to get this company at short notice due to a cancelation and I have to say we are very impressed with the results, we had a three seater and a two seater sofa cleaned also a small bedroom carpet the sofas look like new now the bedroom carpet had some coffee stains and they are gone and all looks good now. Smile carpet cleaning cleaned our hall, lounge, dining room and bedroom and sprayed all with stain resistant and the cost was so reasonable. He needed no help with furniture etc and was done in about 2 hours. I must admit the carpet was overdue for a good clean and the result was amazing dried quickly too. Will use them again.
