Fantastic service, very friendly, carpets came up brand new, Ian worked very hard to get a really rough stain out, they smell amazing and were dry before he’d even left! Will definitely use Ian again in the future and will be recommending him.
Ian was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to messages quickly, and it was easy to to get a price and book an appointment. He sent a polite reminder the day before, and on the day, kept me informed what time he would arrive. He’s a man who clearly enjoys and takes pride in what he does, and uses only the best equipment to get the job done. It was nice that he explained the process as he went along, and the carpet now looks brand new again, and smells fresh!
We had the carpets cleaned in 2 bedrooms and the living room this morning by Ian. What a fantastic job! The carpets have come up ✨️sparkling✨️, the whole house smells amazing and all done with a smile & a laugh. Fantastic service from start to finish. Easy to make an appointment and get booked in. Ian arrived on time, easy and friendly to chat with and explained the process of what he was going to do, along with a few tips on what not to do with carpet stains in future that are great. The carpets have been brought back to life, look fresh and like new again, and were dry before he left. Great service from a great fella, highly recommend and will certainly use him again. Thank you
