I am a nervous patient due to bad experiences in the past from childhood but saw the reviews on the practice & also from a friend. I took the plunge & glad I did. Rachael who took on my treatment is brilliant,explained exactly what was going to happen & what she was doing throughout. I was immediately at ease as the staff are lovely. They are friendly as well as professional. The surroundings in the practice are relaxing which helps a lot. They are definitely customer focused & I felt comfortable from the start. I would recommend the practice as apart from the above I found the price of treatment reasonable for private practice, they also offer dental plans which I have taken advantage of. Should you be wary of dentists as I was, come to this practice & they will show you that no need to be . I'm confident that you won't be disappointed
If I could give more than a 5 star review I would. I was possibly one of the most nervous patients to sit in a dentist’s chair but because of the care, understanding and genuine thoughtfulness from, not just Jack, ( who has been amazing throughout my two years of treatment ), but also from all of the team, my dentist anxiety levels have reduced dramatically. I attended a follow up appointment following some implants and was recalled back a week later. Following a few tweaks I was back on my way. Hudson King and his dental assistant did a fantastic job leaving me feel reassured with the work that was undertake. A great facility and excellent, friendly staff with state of the art equipment. I would highly recommend.
I had a deep-rooted fear of the dentist and hadn’t been in 15 years. Divya’s happy, positive, and confident attitude put me at ease from the start. I ended up needing five visits, but to be honest, I actually enjoyed them. She’s a fantastic, upbeat, and highly skilled dentist. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
