Ahmed carried out a particularly complex root canal on my tooth. From start to finish he was considerate, informative and made me feel so calm about the whole experience. I cannot thank Dr Ahmed enough, after a not very nice experience at a previous dental practice I was very anxious getting any work on my teeth done. But he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, he talked me through every step of what he was doing, taking the time to explain everything. He was always asking if I felt okay and comfortable. He did a AMAZING job on my teeth and has made me feel so much more at ease and confident with the future work I have booked in with him. Dr. Ahmed is the best doctor I ever met. I strongly recommend him and I do believe that if all the doctors would be like him, the people wouldn’t be so scared to see a dentist. In fact, this I what I first said to my partner after appointment. I noticed few days ago the upper tooth cracked and I was ashamed with myself. I’m working in hospitality and I welcome my guests with a nice smile. I actually do like to smile even outside of work. It makes me feel and look good. Well, since I noticed my cracked tooth right in front, my days were really bad. I was so embarrassed. Thanks God, I met Dr Ahmed. He explained me every step of the process and he made me feel at ease. Not just my anxiety decreased considerably but the work he did is absolutely amazing. Nobody, including myself can tell that I ever had a cracked tooth or had a work done. It is exactly same colour and the same shape like my natural teeth. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr Ahmed! The appointment was easy to book and the receptionist was also very nice! As I said above, I’m not nervous anymore. I booked another appointment and I am going to fix all the issues and take care of my oral health because matter and I love to smile with confidence. 😀
As an extremely nervous patient I was apprehensive about my appointment. I needn't have worried. Dr Ahmed was amazing and made it such a positive experience. He was kind and understanding, explained everything clearly and there was no pressure to make decisions.
