Colette has become my go to when I pick up an injury, and I’ve had a couple of very different ones over the last couple of years. She’s patiently & consistently pinpointed the problem, given the appropriate treatment and sorted a detailed exercise plan to rehab effectively. The new online booking system made life very easy & was straightforward to use. Really handy especially when the recent injury was over the weekend & needed to be checked out quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colette & the practice generally. Just hoping I don’t need to visit again for a while, in the nicest possible way!
I first went to Heaton Moor Physio clinic after I injured my shoulder after lifting weights. I booked an appointment online and was seen by Jack. At my first appointment he did a thorough examination of my shoulder and was able to tell me that I had a rotator cuff injury. He gave me exercises to do which I did, and at my next appointment I had significant improvement in my shoulder. Jack gave me further shoulder progression exercises to do which I’m currently doing and I have noticed my shoulder getting stronger. I’m very happy that I chose to go for physio rather than leave it and hope it would just get better on its own. The service i received has been exceptional and I feel that I will soon be back to working out to my full potential. I would highly recommend Heaton Moor Physio Clinic and wouldn’t hesitate in going back if I needed too.
Danny done a full and thorough assessment of my knees. This included a detailed history of my pain. We discussed the best treatment programme for me and he gave me a home exercise plan for strength and mobility. He monitored my progress, adjusting my treatment plan as I progressed, helping me get back to normal daily life. Would highly recommend.
I had a real issue with my abductor that kept me from running. Danny helped establish a programme over months after the initial diagnosis and was very attentive throughout, checking in regularly and got me back to full fitness. Would highly recommend for any muscle issues!
Whenever I have an issue that I know I need to get sorted, Danny is always my go-to. His knowledge is superb, which is second only to the actual treatment received. The rehab plans are always tailored to what I can actually implement either in the gym or at home. Whilst Danny is still there, I can’t see me ever going anywhere else for physio.
