Absolutely brilliant gym. Shinny really focuses on the kids working out properly and he is firm but fair. We are a family with disabilities and my son is doing great he loves it. I was a bit worried because of his needs, but he has really got stuck in. He also lacks in confidence but this has really helped him, and he’s only been twice! Missed his second week because he had a cough and i didnt want him spreading his cough around. I just said to him if you dont know what to do look at the person next to you and do that. As we have trouble processing information sometimes. Shinny walks around everyone and, if say my son hasn’t got his hands or back right he is corrected and shown how to do it properly 😊 £5 for a great workout for your child and to learn discipline and focus and how to defend yourself. More importantly keep him off the streets. £1 for bottle of water if you forget yours. Brilliant! Mums and dads/carers bring your own hot drinks. Cold drinks you can buy from the fridge behind reception, if you run out or forget your own, or if you just want a colder drink straight from the fridge😊 Thanks Shinny and staff really good place to be, and when you smile you get smiles back ! In a world where not many people want to smile this makes a welcoming change for me makes me feel happy and lifts me up. Makes me feel welcome too 😊🌈⭐️ Thanks Shinny 🙏🌈🌸🌼 Oh and not to mention that Shinny is a boxing champion is the icing on the cake really, you know your child is in safe and very good trained hands 🙏 My neice comes too with her friends shes only 10 but they are all treated the same. Nice to see the younger girls here and for them to feel comfortable here too. Again says a lot. Dedication, she even comes when her friends arnt here and is confident enough to come on her own, and show her dedication. Hats off to my niece and the younger girls coming. Shinny knows how to make the kids feel confident, and thats an excellent quality to bring, for them to learn. Great atmosphere great coaching. Highly recommend. Excellent all round 5 stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Directions… Come off the main road turn first right up steep hill turn right into big steel gates into shared car park. Park on the right as the far part of carpark and left is for a business. You can always park on the hill although a bit tricky but at least its free and you can park ☺️

Brilliant gym, especially boxfit and box & circuit classes. Shinny and his team (Gary and Ryan) are excellent, not just in their expertise but in the manner they encourage you. I’m in my 50s (late) and hadn’t done something like this before. Now I miss it if I don’t go twice a week. Other members are a good crowd too, all mutually supportive. One of the best things I’ve done.

It's not one of these 'fancy' gyms but trainings/classes there are a real thing! Trainers/coaches are great. I would recommend boxfit for ladies

Had a great time here watching my GF's uncle win. Also celebrated the gym's opening anniversary with Shinny (and family) and his Mongolian BBQ. Very hospitable, if we lived closer, we'd come more often
