Our 8-year old boiler had been on the blink for a week or so and I'd tried ringing the firm who installed and serviced it but they couldn’t fit us in for months. Then the boiler packed up. In desperation, I Googled Heating Engineers and saw DW's excellent reviews. Danny came out the following day and within the hour we had heating again. He serviced the boiler and replaced a few parts. Would happily recommend DW to my friends.
AMAZING!!! Honestly cannot recommend the company enough! The bathroom was leaking into the kitchen and I was having an absolute nightmare after trying to chase 3 different plumbers down who lead me down the garden path and then completely ignored me, I rang Daniel on Monday evening he listened to what was wrong and contacted me the next day to come out and look and provide a quote- he did everything he promised I didn’t have to chase him once when he said he would ring he did, he said he would send a quote the same day which he did and booked me in for the next day, the problem has been fixed in less than 48 hours! My only regret is that I didn’t find this company earlier, Daniel kept you in the loop with what was going on, he was professional and kind, he cleaned up after he had finished (which is rare these days!) thank you Daniel if you are looking for a plumber look no further it’s a refreshing change to find a tradesman who actually cares about there customers no matter how little or big the job is - Thank You ☺️
I can't recommend DW Plumbing enough! I had been involved in an ongoing dispute over a repair wity my insurance for over 20 days only for them to reject it. I called DW at 9am, and by 11, Daniel had attended my property. He informed me straight away what needed to be repaired, and offered to immediatly go and collect the items and return to repair it. Within an hour, the work was completed. What an absolute pleasure it was to have him complete the job. Thank you so much.
