Went to the shop today with a non standard bathroom sink fitting. The man was soooo kind and helpful. He took the time to find a washer that would fit and didn't charge me. He also explained what the problem was. When I got back home, the washer fitted! I'm so chuffed and will always go back to Kingsway Plumbing for any future purchases - 10 out of 10!!
I live in Northern Ireland, or as I like to call it Treasure Ireland, for if we try and buy something from anybody other than Amazon, they either can't, or won't supply it, or have their arm in on the price/delivery costs. NOT THIS COMPANY, they were brilliant, I really hope I don't have to buy any more specialist plumbing goods, but if I do, they will be my first port if call - NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THESE GUYS
Very helpful and friendly shop. Needing a washer for a flush valve, I memorized the name and walked to the shop. Obviously by the time I got there I had forgotten the name, but the chap ran through all the names, until he came to the name of my valve, which he had in stock and was able to give me advice on changing it, which I have done, and now my wc is sorted. Thanks a lot, great service.
Terrible service. Paid for next day. Waiting a week later. Asked for a refund wouldn't do it. No tracking number given. Been flushing my toilet with a bucket for a week. Told on the 12th out for delivery. Told on the 16th at Heathrow.Blamed royal mail, here's a suggestion change your delivery company.
Just Brilliant!! Needed a plumber for my boiler, spoke to Jim, he didn't cover my area but spent time helping me sort it out with great advice thanks Jim for yourtime and explaining to me what problems could be, oh and really nice guy ,would highly recommend
