Really pleasant stay, staff are wonderful and helped with everything we need. Food is wonderful, housekeeping keep the rooms lovely and clean. Reception are so friendly and give lovely warm welcomes. Restaurant and bar staff happy to help when ever need for anything
Staff were very welcoming when I arrived and helped me with anything I did not understand. The presentation and upkeep of the venue is kept well Breakfast in the morning was so nice and staff were very polite. I would recommend staying here to all friends in the future.
Had a really wonderful experience staying at this hotel for a few nights whilst attending a course at the nearby Wilmslow Conference Centre and couldn't believe the price. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, a safe and even an iron and ironing board, and the bathroom was very highly specified including a mirror that doesn't mist up! The full english breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful so it made for a perfect stay. Thank you Pinewood. Hopefully I will be back one day.
Rooms seem very dated with a lot of small maintenance items not kept on top of. Biggest issue is the paper thin walls and noise from other guests at all hours. Complained to reception and they did nothing until I complained about second time. Pretty sleepless night, cheap enough but would avoid if you actually want some rest. Mentioned to reception again at check-out. They offered some free pastries from the breakfast. This was politely declined by myself.
Pro: Close to airport, food at restaurant was decent (usual pub food) and staff were polite. Con: Bed sheets were stained and found multiple hairs.
