Fantastic leisure club. Never seen such a big leisure club, it has everything with regards to equipment. State of the art. No long waits to use equipment as it has multiple of everything. Discounts given in restaurant and cafe for leisure club members. Good value for money. Heated large pool. Friendly helpful staff.
As an annual gym member, I'm really pleased with Waterside. The gym has everything you need for cardio, strength, and recovery. The restaurant/cafe has great coffee (worker bee) and food. We often have breakfast on sundays after a session in the gym. The food and service are top-notch. We haven't used the hotel or conference facilities, so we can't comment with clarity, but would imagine they're as good. 😀😎
Small double room as room is described is very small not even a double bed its a 3/4 bed no room to swing a cat. Unfortunately we had to check out on same day for unfortunate circumstances staff wernt great and although we're quick enough to take a deposit its been 3 weeks and we are still chasing and waiting for them to return the deposit taking after 4 phone calls an email and they still keep saying the same thing its not good enough!!
I recently stayed here and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my visit, every detail was meticulously taken care of. The rooms were immaculate and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend The Waterside Hotel for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Manchester. I will definitely be returning!
Moved here from staying at the Premier Inn, safe to say wont be going back to Premier Inn. Room cleaned on daily basis, use of all the facilities which were all clean and in working order. Staff very attentive, if your looking for somewhere to stay this has to be high in your list of choices. Back again for another week, using the leisure facilities and they are great
