Loved it here. Got a bargain midweek stay including breakfast. You can also book direct for good deals. Staff were lovely, room looked great, clean and a super comfy bed. Fantastic location and we used the Q Park at Deansgate for parking. Hope to go back and stay again.
This could potentially be worthy of 5 stars. The room was great in terms of a fully stocked bathroom with walk in shower, the bed was also very comfortable. The pub downstairs is also great value for money and does lovely food. I was on the 1st floor and the downside was the noise, particularly from outside. You can hear noise from the pub below, but obviously this stops as soon as the pub shuts, the outside nose from people and vehicles doesn't. If there was a way to improve the outside noise filtering into the rooms I would definitely come back.

This is a terrible place to stay. Do not book this hotel for your own safety. The chef was an hour late in the morning so nearly 90mins late to serve breakfast. The breakfast timing was from 8am but it was nearly 9:50am to serve. The reception collects your debit card details so they can charge you for late check out. Even when the breakfast was not ready you have to eat fast and check out. The noisy neighbouring rooms at night will keep you awake, the ear plugs provided is of no use. The shower temperature control was not working so we couldn’t even shower as the water was too hot to shower. Disappointed to say the least.
When we first got there, we were given a box room with a frosted window, where you could barely walk past the bed (bearing in mind I paid £140 for 1 night), but after speaking to staff and showing them the room they advertised on their website they agreed with me and swapped to a nicer and larger room, and got me and my gf a complimentary drink which was a nice touch. Also, the road outside and the bar downstairs means it’s noisy in the rooms pretty much all through the night, but they do provide earplugs. The breakfast wasn’t good tbh, the bacon was barely cooked but the menu offers a range of different breakfasts. Wouldn’t stay here again for the price, massively overpriced, but not an awful experience.
