Stayed here for one night, lady on the front desk (can’t remember her name unfortunately) was so accommodating for my mum with disability with such a warm welcome. Room was lovely & clean with extra pillows if needed. Great night sleep. Yes the hotel is under going renovations but it wasn’t an issue for just a nights stay.
Hotel was OK, sort of what we expected for a travelodge but bathroom especially was very dated, damaged and quite dirty. Service was good, only downside was our friend locked their key in their room and it was far too easy for us to go get another key without any name or booking checks, just gave a room number! Location is really good. Parking is handy and reasonable at £10 for 24 hours, quite tight spaces
I had a good experience here. The rooms are great. No hassle at all- this is the best part. Wonderful buffet breakfast with full English and lot more. Located right on the banks of the river with a view of the cathedral. It's not exactly in the city centre, a bit of a distance but totally walkable. Wonderful staff.
Cheap hotel. Parking is underground. £10 for 24 hours. Very tight spaces but does the job for cars. Room was on floor -1 which is below the ground floor and has a window that looks towards the River Irwell. The window was partially open when we got to the room and the room had so many spiders inside. Most alive some dead. Counted around 10 without even looking for them. Room should be cleaned before the guest arrives so I was very disappointed.
Not to be confused with Manchester Central Arena, of course Solid location, nice and close to the Arndale and prime for taxis long as they don't mind parking in the cycle lane. Beds were nice and I can confirm at least 1 room has a bath in it, so that's always points in my book. There were no outlets next to the bed though Lovely breakfast too, and very polite staff. Don't put your pancakes in the toaster, they'll do it for you if you ask
