I was greeted by amazingly friendly and polite reception staff. They treated me like a friend and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I was booked into a lower floor room but the employee I spoke with upgraded me for free to a room on the 3rd floor just cause he thought that would be more comfortable for me. The room was small but comfortable and clean, with a comfy bed and good aircon. The location is great, really close to Piccadilly Station and it was 5 minutes away from where I needed to go the next day for work. I didn't hear much noise from outside which was nice. I would definitely recommend for someone travelling alone for a few nights. The room might be a bit small for 2 people.
I wouldn't stay here again. It was cheap, and the desk staff were very friendly, but the room was tiny, and didn't have a desk/table/anything really. The main thing I was missing was a kettle! That's pretty standard even in very budget hotel rooms. The room also wasn't particularly clean. It was fine for one night and I know you get what you pay for, but I wasn't impressed
Staff was attentive. I didn’t really expect much since this was an economical hotel. But each request (although not many) were adequately met. It was safe, pleasant and a great location.
A decent hotel at a good location, super friendly staff and clean rooms. The rooms are a bit spartan with no storage space for clothes or bags. The location is great, within walking distance of most of the city’s sights.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location 2 minutes from the northern quarter, plenty of attractions and bars about. Nice walk to centre. Rooms are a bit small, best for a solo traveller. Comfy and clean and does the job for a short solo trip. Staff were very attentive
