My partner and I stayed at Roomzzz a couple of weeks ago and, as always, absolutely loved it! This is now the only hotel we consider when we fancy a night in Manchester. We've had the pleasure of dealing with Elizabeth on multiple occasions, and she's always incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. Any small issues we had during our stay were quickly resolved, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience. We're booked in again this Sunday and are thoroughly looking forward to our stay, hoping to see the likes of Elizabeth again. A hotel right in the heart of the city centre, with restaurants on your doorstep and incredibly welcoming and attentive staff, what more could you ask for.
Not had the best experience in all honesty. Me and the wife booked a 2 night stay for our first wedding anniversary and were given a really dark room at the back of the hotel with a small window and without working AC with room temperature reaching 26 degrees. The staff tried to be helpful but unfortunately they claimed to be fully booked and only had dark rooms without working AC available so nothing could have been done to improve our stay. I was expecting a decent view as advertised on images. I also found it strange that AC didn't work in some rooms. We decided to take a refund and book elsewhere last minute instead.
Good hotel situated in a grade II listed building, with individual apartments, next to the train station, and all the shops. The room was a good size with ample space. Kitchen and bathroom were nicely finished. Reception area had a nice little snacks and drinks area that you could buy things from, and you could access all the restaurants and bars through the hotel lobby.Staff were lovely.
We booked Roomzzz Manchester Victoria for our 4 year anniversary and stayed in the Sovereign Suite. From the minute we got there front of house, Elizabeth and Mia, looked after us with flawless customer service, energy and help. They decorated our room for the occasion which was a gorgeous surprise. We had a concert booked for the evening that we didn’t want to go to because of how beautiful the room was and decorated. The site spot up the stairs in this Suite is the cherry on top! Definitely be returning to such a perfectly located, good priced, impeccable hotel. Thank you, especially to Elizabeth and Mia!
Hotel location is amazing, in the middle of city center. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom is newly renovated and well designed. What I couldn't stand about the Hotel is the A/C. It was really really hot. It reached 25C and when I called reception they told me to wait as it just started. I called the next day and they don't have a technician to fix it. The windows are bolted shut and caanot be opened. It was a nightmare to stay there. If you have luggage and you order a taxi, get ready to drag your stuff for about 100m until you reach the trafic light were taxi can pick you up. There is close parking lot which you only pay £25/day. I would never come again here as they don't honor their agreement of having A/C in the room.
