Ordered full rotisserie chicken and roast potatoes. I have no idea what on earth this is, but it's probably the worst food I've had delivered in 2024. This chicken has clearly been left in a warmer for 2 days. Your chef/owner needs to retire
Wanted to try something new for a change so I opted for a Sunday roast. Having come across Essy on social media, I felt it best to visit and try it out for myself. The Sunday roast chicken was very nice and didn’t disappoint whatsoever. The chicken panini was good and the French toast I felt could’ve been a lot better (tasted quite eggy and could’ve used proper brioche roll). On a overall, the food and service was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Was in Manchester on a Sunday and didn’t realise that the shops didn’t open till 11 so we decided to go to Essy’s for some breakfast and a coffee to kill time. We hadn’t expected too much as we chose Essy’s as it was close to the car park we had parked in and it was raining however… The breakfast and coffees were absolutely amazing! One of the best fry ups I have had in a while and my mocha tasted great - the hash-browns were to die for! The breakfast wasn’t the cheapest being £17 for the fry up and coffee however it was the centre of Manchester and the food was amazing so I think the price was fair and if were to return to Manchester would mean also returning to Essy’s
Went to the king St one today and it was amazing.. I had the lamb dinner which was amazing and my friend had the vegetarian option which she really enjoyed. The guy who served us (manager I think ) was super helpful and friendly even to our fussy questions and even offered us to try the meat first as I didn't know which to go for. The karak chai is one of the best iv tried and I'm so fussy with it . He made sure we was happy and had everything we needed from start to finish. Will defo be going again and maybe trying a different branch 😁 so nice that they had an alternative to the meat too as most places just give you all the trimmings instead with a veg option 👌
Wow! We were working on location today and ordered the Sunday Roast Beef for 4 of us for lunch. It was so lovely, a great range of vegetables, yorkie pud with stuffing and the beef itself was just perfect. Thank you so much, certainly on our list for our next visit to Manchester! Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!
