Yeah I definitely think you're just fooling people and fooling them. You take our money and nothing else. I paid 60 for nothing, as what I talked about with the boy I completed before I came to you, so again you tricked me and with the 60 I paid, I was supposed to make a film and a treatment as it says on the internet for details and you have offered me nothing. In addition, you took money for 2 movies and tomorrow when you come to read my results, it's like you're taking money from me again and I'm still in pain, so you didn't do anything, and if I want any treatment or exercises, let them do some massages again I have to pay. A lot of money for nothing... I think you take advantage of people who are in pain and would give anything and everything to get rid of the pain but it seems to be in vain... Nothing for a lot of money... Very ugly honestly.
Excellent customer service. Has a changing room with gowns and robes. Excellent waiting room with refreshments. Went for an initial consultation following a Facebook promotion. Shame there was no adjustment at all but examination was thorough. They took extra x-rays, which the email said would only be £20 but ended up being £80. I did have the option to not have them taken so there was no pressure or hard sell, but just not in line with the expectation set in the marketing. Now have to go back for report before any treatment. Let’s see what the next appointment brings.
Service has been excellent so far. Everyone has a tremendous attitude. Sorrel was a great help with all my initial administration and has been really supportive. Sona has really helped to make me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment. Ryan and Amy have been really friendly and even though it is early I already feel happy with treatment. All staff are great karrieanne and Sorrel really set the positive tone for the company. Very happy to be doing my treatment here.
