Had a session of 8 treatments last year which were brilliant. Seen other physios before who I didn’t feel confident in or actually hurt more after (had bruises), but Sam & Kate were both amazing. Both very relaxed, confident, would say when they thought they’d done enough on an area as it needed to heal or whether they needed me in more as the shoulder was being stubborn. Sorted my shoulder / neck out fully and gave brilliant advice. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
I have been going to see Kate, for around 3 weeks, twice a week. It has helped with my back and knee pain so much, Kate is very professional and really listens to your concerns. After a couple of visits Kate also gave me exercises to complete at home which I feel helps the process along and also advised how to breath correctly, which does make a difference. I feel so much more comfortable and my pain has practically gone and I am not taking any of my pain medication now. After suffering with sciatic pain for about 3.5 years and having treatment elsewhere which made the condition bearable but not alleviated, I decided to try somewhere else and I am glad I did. Sam listened to my issue and worked out a plan to begin treatment, Immediate results after first session which was complimented by treatment with Ash, within about 2 months pretty much all issues were rectified. Streets ahead from other treatment I've tried in the past. I've been attending this clinic for the past year or so and I can't falter the ladies in any way. Having been to chiropractors in the past where I've felt like just another number, these ladies take the time to listen and provide a first class service! I came here over a year ago on the recommendation from a friend in the area. So glad they did! Ive never looked back and can happily say I've been pain free and able to do the things I love again without always worrying I'm going to pay for it the next day.
