The owner is experienced in all kinds of hair types, and specialises in Afro-Caribbean and colour (bayalage etc). Having extremely fine, already coloured hair, I wondered whether I had made the right choice when I booked - but needn't have worried! She really listens to what you want, and from wash to blow dry, gave me excellent service. She also went through my haircut with helpful hint after helpful hint. Very happy with my new style and have received many compliments so far, thanks!
Finally, an enjoyable hairdressing experience! Natalie was gentle with my hair and made sure I was relaxed and felt pampered. I'm really pleased with the cut, I'll definitely be making this my regular hair salon from now on. Thank you!
My wash, condition, trim, blow and balayage was amazing value, having cost less than £50 on special offer a few weeks ago. I received really great service, and will definitely be using her again next time I change my colour.

Such a horrible experience. I'd bought a wowcher deal for balayage highlights. Upon arrival, after travelling 11 miles, I wasn't booked in as their "new assistant" had booked it for the previous day. I was told to wait half an hour. After leaving me waiting 2 and a half hours I was eventually seen. I showed the hairdresser two pictures of how I'd like my hair - both were of a balayage style. After being in the salon a total of 5 and a half hours, my once long dark brown hair was now 2/3's bright ginger, had a lobsided cut and a block/step layer. I was told she would correct it if I paid. I left in tears, had horrendous hair, a full day wasted and £34 plus 22 miles worth of petrol lighter. As you can see from the picture, the top two is the examples I give, the bottom two is how I left the salon.
